…If you’ve ever spoken to someone - relating their account, of when ‘God’ first spoke to them – then you’ll know what I mean.

 

There’s the obvious animation – in recounting the experience – it shows - its apparent – its palpable – you can feel their experience – that’s if they’re telling their story well.  The glowing face – fast moving lips, as with excitement they recount – this most unusual of experiences – this then is the “Realised Inconceivable!!!”

 

The “realisation” of an “inconceivable” – for how else, could you describe ‘God’ – yes I know in some traditions, they teach “familiarity with Deity” – “God as an ever present friend” and “I have a friend in Jesus” – but that familiarity with Deity – is exceptional – and one could add - a particular feature of the religion known as Christianity, though it is present to differing degrees – in other religions.

 

Yes – unless one is a Prophet, Saint – or some other exalted incarnation of the Human form - familiarity with God, is a far stretch – unless of course, one includes the practice of prayer, where paradoxically – this familiarity is often – “the engine force” - “driving force” – to success - to receiving a “blessing” or some other “merciful benefit” from “The Divine.”

 

Yes - prayer is quite separate – since it is often simultaneously “supplication” - “request” – or “demand!”
